Arrival of your Session
Please arrive 10 minutes early prior to your session. This will give you time to fill out our health form (new clients), use the bathroom, and change. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged.
Late or no show
I understand that situations happens. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Cell Phone
When you arrive please turn off your cell phone or put it on vibrate so I can provide the best experience.
Infinity Massage has the right to stop the massage at any time or refuse an appointment if felt it is not in the best interest of the massage therapist or client.
